My first time here, I looked them up at Treatwell. Simone called me before the appointment to have a very brief chat. When I arrived I explain my problems and she changed the treatment to be bespoke to my needs. We had a consultation and she warmed up my muscles before hand, all of this is extra to the time she spent on the massage, infact she did the full 45 mins massage and extra. Simone then sent me a report with aftercare and information,it was excellent service and I will be returning.
