Recently I ran into a problem with my rental in Missoula Mt. at the 3309 W Broadway St. location. Once we explained our situation they stepped up and solved the problem going beyond our expectations. This is why when I need a car rental I always go straight to Enterprise. A special shout out to Charlie who made the difference in our experience.
