My husband and I went to Rapid City, South Dakota for a quick weekend getaway. We flew into a smaller airport there. We had rented a car before we got there online, and it was suppose to be waiting for us and it wasn't. Computer glitch- However, we got a ride to the Enterprise desk and they guys at the counter were so helpful and nice!! They got us an upgrade for our trouble, and waived the gas refill for us! BIG shout out to Ethon Sandman and the team there!!
