My name is Giovanni Arnaboldi North Carolina resident with valid North Carolina driver license. I reserved a car with Enterprise at Fort Lauderdale airport on January 20th, 2024. I presented my North Carolina driver license and my credit card, I am an Enterprise plus member.
At the check in I was asked for a second document with my picture an my address that I didn’t have with me.
After half hour I was forced to rent a car from Avis. Never again with Enterprise a company to be avoided
