My rental experience was exceptional, Eli Ballou the Assistant Branch Manager at the Bowling Green, Ky location was so friendly and helpful.
I was a little disappointed I couldn't get a rental car at our Glasgow location even though I had reserved a car much earlier, they didn't have one available at the time. Happy I made the trip to Bowling Green, or I would have never met Eli. Thanks Again!
