I recently entered into a rental agreement with Enterprise car rental in connection with my USAA membership. The gave me a confirmation number of 1296893420 for a pick up specific pick up morning time. They called me the next day and said their morning bookings would not allow them to honor our agreement and offered me an after noon time which has cost me about $600 in total because I had scheduled things based on our agreement. I contacted their main office they took some information and said they would let me know if they can help remedy the situation. They never responded back so now I am out of money and my integrity is probably I question because my plans will not be met.
