They suck from a to z. Can't reserve a car, only get what they have. Don't know about Windex or own a working vacuum. And the staff of "manager trainees" have a long time and a lot of training to do. The ONLY reason they remain in business is the car insurance companies, UASS oops USAA in this case. Used to be a company with a good report and some honor. Not any more. Switch to any other company and pref the ones that start with any other letter in the alphabet. The only this USAA has excelled in is horrible, lazy, and incompetent management.
