I made a last-minute change to my reservation and upon arriving at the airport in Atlanta to pick up my car rental, I was met with excellent customer service. I opted for a Nissan SUV for my trip back home after a weekend away. However, during my journey, the engine check light came on and the car could not exceed 45 miles per hour. Thankfully, I managed to drive 17 miles to the nearest Enterprise branch in Florence, South Carolina. There, the branch manager, Delton Foreman, and his team were incredibly helpful and efficient in getting me into another vehicle so I could safely make it back to Atlanta. Upon returning the car at the airport, I was warmly greeted by Eddie, whose customer service was exceptional. He was friendly and went above and beyond in explaining the checkout process, given the car exchange that had occurred in South Carolina.
