I booked a truck for my daughter prom, several days ago, I called them at 7.35 am to confirm and the lady that picked up confirmed it , upon getting there by 9.30am, I was told that the truck was give to another customer the previous day even though I reserve and confirm it earlier. There was no apology from the lady, just shrug it off
Terrible customer service from the lady.
