I rented a four-year old Hyundai Ioniq from Enterprise. Since it was four years old, it had small dents and scratches that I photographed the best I could. About a month after I returned the car, my insurance company said they are blaming me for one of the small scratcher on the front fender. I know I did not do that. They are claiming it will cost $1040. The person who checked me in at the return didn’t mention anything. I am very angry and may have to hire an attorney. I will never rent from Enterprise again because of their dirty tactics. If you do rent from them, video and photo everything because they will try to screw you.
