I called and reserved a vehicle also received an email confirmation. We were renting a vehicle so that my son could drive us to a family get together, as I have 3 layers of stitches due to an operation. They messed up my whole trip. They DO NOT have a vehicle for me? We received the confirmation but no cancellation.
One star was too high, I was forced to put that.
Our trip is tomorrow and not one person was willing to fix this.
