The guy at enterprise in Southampton, NY was a complete scumbag. I was quoted a daily rate of $43 back in March 24, but I looked at the bill when home I was charged $61 a day. Of course I called back and got the big runaround. Finally he said I would receive a $54 refund. This never happened. I called back every month asking about my refund. When I never got it I called Chase bank and lodged a complaint. Now it is June 11, CHASE just called and told me I would not ever get a refund. In addition, as I was driving away THE FIRST DAY, he told me about a great gas deal.....well that cost me an extra $17. I could have easily filled the tank for about $4 as I only drove around town and used a quarter of a tank. DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF SERVICE.
