I recently reserved a pick up truck from Enterprise at Walled lake MI and had a very disappointing experience. The employee I interacted with, Dante Rivers, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Despite my attempts to remain calm and polite, he continued to speak to me in a condescending tone and continued with disrespectful accusations.
I was shocked by the lack of professionalism.
