The most unprofessional encounter was at the Darby PA branch. The Manager Sidney Johnson refused to let me get a car . He was insisting that I leave and would not get a vehicle from his location . I had to ask to speak with the Regional Manager.
Mr. Johnson should be asked to participate in some form of remedial manager training . Arrogance will get him nowhere
