I reserved a minivan a week in advance then Michael from Wakefield office called to tell me that he did not have a minivan anymore and for me to call all other branches. He wanted me to do his job then without telling me he canceled my reservation. I called customer service Colleen was of no help. I called back and a Spanish speaking girl said I don’t know how to fix your problem. I called again and asked for escalations then Cathy said oh the regional manager will get back to you and hung up on me. What kind of business is enterprise running? I have a trip planned to Cape Cod for my family of seven and enterprise ruined my trip. Never renting or doing business with them. Beware last minute you’ll be tossed to the ground
