Rachel Jones with the Vacaville ca branch is awesome! She made my car rental experience very satisfying, I had an issue with a horrible car smell when I rented the car and we couldn’t find the cause of it, later on during my trip I found the issue and told her about it when I came back and she made it right with my rental, she is a great person to deal with and I will definitely be back to rent from her location again.
