Terrible service!
We booked a airport hire. I called 12 hours before the pick-up time to inform them that our flight was delayed.
They had our flight details, said that they would contact us if they couldn't hold hold the car for us, but, would stay open if it was not too late.
We received no contact, arrived at the outlet only to find it closed!
We were stranded, with children, at the airport!
And when I tried to ask for a refund, they refused!
Stay clear of them!
