I don’t even want to give them one star because they deserve nothing. I had a reservation confirmed and when I went to get my car, the lady pretended to look at the computer so she couldn’t look at me in the eye, and told me that there wasn’t any cars available. I told her I had a confirmation and asked could I get one the next morning and she said “none available.” Really? Is this what you do to customers? I will publicize high and low in every social media account that I can about your “customer service.” I saw lots of cars sitting in the parking lot, and it was almost closing time so I know you had cars available, but maybe it was because I only needed it for two days. I don’t know, but you shouldn’t confirm with a customer that a car is available when it’s not. I definitely won’t be back!
