I had a terrible customer experience at the Preston Highway location in Louisville, Kentucky. I reserved a Dodge Charger, but no one contacted me beforehand to inform me that the car wasn’t available. When I arrived, I was told the car wasn’t there and was offered a Toyota Camry instead. It felt like they expected me to be desperate and accept whatever was available. When I reached out to customer service, I was told they were simply too busy to notify customers about changes which is b.s. because thats not been the case at other locations. Extremely disappointing. Do better!
