Downtown location you have a Prince that like he said he the bost and does what he want. 3times i travel back m worth n got everything he wanted n he still said no. Just to prove it I left after 3 attempts n went Brandon location m was able to rent very quickly with no problem. Employees like that should be fired it happened the day after the storm hit Florida I needed to get to my family and they left me stranded but it's okay me and my family and all friends will never rent a car from there again
