Rented a car for recent trip to Boston. Flight was delayed and since that caused me to miss my pick up time was told they gave my car away and have no others, despite being told when booking that if I was delayed they would still honor my reservation. This left me having to Uber for the duration of my trip. Customer service was horrible.
