I reserved a car from enterprise two days before I needed. I was told to pick the car up at the I55 North location in Jackson MS. I had to pay $15 to Uber to that location at noon. I arrived and the Manager Brian Winn that he did not have a car on the lot for me. I asked if he could secure me another rental. I sat there for over an hour waiting. Finally he nonchalantly told me he couldn’t find a rental. I asked if there was anyone who could take me home 10 minutes away since I took an Uber there. I was told no he couldn’t do that. In the meantime my daughter who was with me made a reservation with another company to be picked up at the airport 20 minutes. Since I had no way to get to the airport I asked if someone could take us to the airport. Again no and proceeded to continued on his cell phone basically dismissing me. I had to pay another$30 to Uber to the airport. In short I am a very dissatisfied customer. The sign in the office states customer satisfaction is your goal. Well this former customer is very dissatisfied. I will never ever do business with Enterprise again and I will everyone I know to do the same. My review is -0.
