Reserved a Luxury Vehicle on 6/30/24 to pick up in Las Vegas on 10/21/24. Apparently, that's not enough time for Enterprise to ensure a vehicle is available because when we went to pick it up, there were no cars. Agent initially said cars would be arriving within 45 minutes, but when 45 minutes turned into 4 hours, he said they would be getting no cars for the day. Unfortunately, we had purchased tickets to the Hoover Dam that we did not get to use. I called Enterprise to request reimbursement for the cost of the tickets and was basically told to go pound sand. So, no rental car + no offer to reimburse for tickets = no more of my business for Enterprise. Avis and Budget gets my business going forward.
