I had accident. Wanted compact car. Called before I came told no problem several compacts arriving. Got there told no compacts so they gave me a midsize and charged me 20 a day a compact would have been 10. I was told to call tomorrow before I come to get a compact and I called and was told I’m not getting one cause my reservation doesn’t say compact. Out of desperation I called customer access on tue around 5pm no call back. When I called back today I was told I would get a cab within 25 hours. I still have a car I can’t afford and no one can either give me the compact I want or leave me with car I have and charge me for a compact. I’m a paying customer and this is how I have been treated.
