If you’re planning on renting from nterprise in Charlotte, NC south park location, here’s my experience. I made a reservation online, but when I arrived, the location had no cars available. The staff on-site explained they couldn’t reach me ahead of time, despite having my email on file. It was disappointing, especially after planning everything in advance. Make sure to double-check availability by calling them directly if you have a reservation to avoid similar issues
