I picked up car at Frankfurt airport. Got nice Golf 8 , almost brand new. Everything went smooth at pick up, they took deposit of 250e. After a return of vehicles, i had a help from Enterprise worker ALI, to get everything in order.
After inspection they informed me and i got email that there was no issue and refund is issued. After 1 working day i got my money back on debit card.
I recommend this rental company and i will use it for sure in future.
