I can not say enough good things about the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at Harbison Boulevard. Troy the manager, and the other guys there have completely turned this location around. I had numerous bad experiences with this store before and had started using a different location. We had even contemplated using another provider because we continually had such poor service at this Enterprise. Luckily, I was able to be served by these guys and they were fantastic! They make the process easy and streamlined! I'm in and out of there in minutes, but yet they are still professional and extremely courteous! These guys are superstars and it is because of them that we will only use the Harbison location now!
