My car rental went okay, but returning the car at Sioux Falls South Dakota airport turned into a surprise. There was a sign on the desk saying the workers were on the lot and to just put the keys in the Dropbox. Since no one was there to process my car at 8:50, this morning they charged me for two extra hours; I had to call Enterprise customer service to get that straightened out! Sioux Falls airport needs to have enough workers to process cars on time rather than bill customers for extra time until workers 'get to' checking in the cars.
