Rented a 15 passenger wagon Dow a family trip . 6 hours on the road I noticed the air conditioner and call road side service , called rental office , to replace the car called every one for service and no one was able to help .for seven days traveled with no AC , windows open and bugs inside the car .upon my return enterprise offered full rental refund. But it’s been 6 weeks and nothing. I call for updates every week and same answer HQ working on it .terrible.terrible service .avoid enterprise.
