Made a reservation for a minivan over 1 month in advance. Called on the scheduled day of pickup to see if I could get the van early to start packing. Branch Manager informed me that they were about ready to call me and let me know they didn't have a Van. What is the point of a reservation ? They were going to call me a few hours before the scheduled pickup to tell me i was screwed.
Absolute Garbage Service. Will never use again !
