Had a car reserved through insurance. I called the day before to confirm confirmation, next day get there to get the car and was told very unprofessionally that there was not a car available. They had cars on the lot , but bc I was through insurance I could it rent ine. I even stayed I would pay the difference bc I was by myself and stranded . The salesman acted as though he did not hear me. I called customer service and was told the district manager would call me ASAP.. still waiting. Do better enterprise!!
