Their card reader wouldn't accept my credit card, and when I called the corporate office, this guy tells me they're having problems. He then wanted me to get up at 5:30 in the morning, go 7 miles out of my way to rent a car at an airport, and try to get to work by 7:00 through downtown Orlando. Enterprise used to say, "We'll pick you up." Now it's, "We'll take you for a ride!"
