My husband had a business account with Enterprise, where he rented a truck for his work. He decided to return the truck because business was slow in December. However, two months later, Enterprise withdrew over $700 from his account without authorization.
We have called and left messages to request a refund, but we have not received a return call. Whenever we try to speak with a member of management, we are told that we will be transferred, but we still end up leaving a message. This has been going on for weeks with no response from Enterprise.
This is poor business practice, and we will be taking further action.
