I booked a rental car and when I went to pick it up they wouldn’t rent in to me because I don’t have a major credit card. I have credit/debit cards and have used them to rent from enterprise in the past but the port charlotte Florida location would not allow me to do this. Also there was a long wait at the pick up counter so my wife had to walk back to our hotel to check out. She had a credit card but wouldn’t let me use it because she was not physically there. The walk was almost a mile so I was not having her walk back again. I wish they told you upfront that they took major credit cards only. Now I am stranded for 8 hours with nothing to do. Thanks enterprise!
