Dana, I believe that is her name, she's at the Enterprise in Yonkers. She is amazing and an asset to the company. Even though the office was extremely busy every time I was there, she never lost her cool or professionalism; even when one customer was irate. She was exceptional and made everyone feel like their business meant a lot to her. She was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and truly awesome.
