Had a one-way rental. What I hate is the fact that you can't call the local enterprise place, but have to go through this centralized place where a machine answers, then a guy with barely understandable english, then, finally someone at the local. Such a waste of time and another depersonalized experienced with a profits above all corporation. So tired on the ruining of human contact piece of this.
