Went to Killeen Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Willow Springs and had a little problem which was resolved quickly, but that's not the impressive part. As an Iraq War Veteran I know how to deal with a stressful situation. When I arrived at the rental office it like the flight had just landed. There were any where from 20 to 30 customers in the office to get vehicle. I watched this petite young lady handle 3 to 4 customers at a time and me being one of them. After war I have become very observative wherever I go. Today I observe a what I call a leader in action. This young lady was so energetic that I was so impressed on how she handle so many customers with different request at the same time. I had to ask her what her name was so that when I need a vehicle again or have any issues I would want to speak with AMYA because I know that I will leave as a satisfied customer!
