Tried to rent a 15 passenger van for our Youth Trip. Booked and reserved this van months in advance, in person. 3 days before our group trip, Enterprise called and said they were cancelling the reservation because the vans had to go elsewhere for some other event. I had 3 days (over a weekend where most places are closed) to scrounge for an alternative method of transportation because we only had 1 available driver.
