Stranded in St Ignace, MI with car problems, Sunday. Nothing open. Booked a Rental car online At SaultStMarie, MI airport. 1 hr away. Got email confirmation, arranged transportation to get there. Customer service at Airport calls and they have no cars available??? How’s that happen?? I was told when you book online they take the reservation and confirm it. They don’t know what is available at the particular locations. Called Enterprise customer service and they told me cars where available. Told them I just hung up from customer service at the airport and there were no cars. Reply”maybe they just got one back in”. Called airport back. NO CARS. Won’t be using Enterprise again.
