Reserved a Tacoma pickup truck from Belvidere Illinois. Went to pick it up, she says oh they sent me a minivan instead. That wouldn’t work. So went online and reserved a pickup truck at Enterprise in Woodstock. Yes they have a pickup truck. Drove up there to pick it up, NO PICKUP truck. Went online again. Says they have a pickup truck in Rockford on Alpine. My son calls to make sure. He said I’m not going to drive all the way over there if they don’t have one. Whoever he was talking to had him hold on and said he called to double check and said yes they have one. LIAR. He never called. I drove him all the way over there and he said we don’t have a pickup truck and they never received a call looking for one. ENTERPRISE is a joke. Would never recommend them to ANYONE!!!
