The assistant manager at the Richmond Lake Harbor location was very unhelpful and rude. The employees lie to their customers and then are not held responsible by management to what they communicate to their customers. I was talked down to and pushed off by the assistant manager and was told he would call me back, which he never did. My husband had to go the next day to get a solution to our issue. Awful experience
