I recently had to find a rental car and this was my first experience. I went to the location on Astoria (East Elmhurst) Queens NY area. Not only were all the staff I encountered professional, knowledgeable and patient, Faith (the person I mainly dealt with, Tara (her assistant branch manager),her branch manager (I didn’t get the chance to write her name as well) & Sheryl T from the car sales division all made what should have been a horrible time for me the most amazing experience I’ve ever encountered at a company. I needed a rental for a few weeks but because they were patient and catered to my specific needs, their assistance in what should have been a traumatic time for me, was resolved with their knowledge of their company’s services to the point I was able to purchase a car by the end of my engagement with them through the several weeks I was renting. I would recommend using Enterprise for any car needs because I wasn’t treated like I number I felt like each person genuinely cared about my needs. Faith and the staff I mentioned made my experience super easy and eased the stress I was already under. I value customer service above everything and Enterprise staff provided that. So thank you for making me a life long customer if I ever have that need again. The service was exceptional and what you would want to experience when looking for your car needs.
