Reservations at enterprise does not guarantee a car! Sitting here, two hours waiting on a car that they said it was on the way, only to hear 15 minutes before closing the cars are not coming in and for us to try another location. Rude, no apology - there response is my area manager said , the cats are in route but obviously there not here 🤦♀️
