My brother was visiting and backed into my car. I needed a car rental until the repairs could be made. The Enterprise representative met me at the auto body location and drove me to Enterprise to pick up the rental. I was so glad that this service was available as there was no way I could have gotten there. When my car repair was done, I just drove off with my car and Enterprise picked up the rental. It is so nice to know that Enterprise can help this way. I didn't speak with anyone at Enterprise directly. My brother's insurance company took care of everything.
