I have rented several times from Enterprise at 35 th and noland rd. I came in at a scheduled time of 10:00 to pick up rental and did not get service until 11:00. Same long wait to return it. GET MORE HELP OR I WILL FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. No customer service , our time is just as important as yours. But when you have 2 people trying to take care of 20 people what do you expect.
