I have never been able to give E.On Next more than a minus one star. I now have to add Blackmail to my Review, not only have they consistently guesstimated it Trafinhs even though I have regularly sent them Meter Readings.
Now I am told they will not give us a better Tarriff unless we take a Smart Meter, this has to be illegal, removing our freedom of choice.
I have set up many appointments to discuss my account to date they have not spoken to me. Is there anything good on E.On Next
