WORST ENERGY SUPPLIER..
They overcharged you with ridiculous transactions (which they did not even try to explain via email) and then expect you to pay.
At one point I had over £1000 CR but then the next day, I was in a £300DR. So you're telling me I've spent £1300 on electricity in a day?
Even if they reply me on whatsapp, no one gives a clear answer why I am being charged so excessively. No help. No support. No answers.
