Once they did, they say they could not fit it as in an apartment block which smart meters could not be fitted to. Then when looking for a refund after leaving the property, have failed to refund credit built on the account after 2.5 months of trying.
There’s no complaints department, no manager that her back to you, just call handlers who state they will get someone to contact. This never happens. Avoid this company.
