I am in a 2 bedroom flat with a child we use hardly any electricity because these money grabbers have totalled out bills from £60 a month now out of the blue to over £200 a month. This has caused me so much distress and no staff is willing to negotiate but make my life worse and worse bombarding me with calls and emails for money and debt of over £2000. Luckily the ombudsman’s are willing to take on my case and fight against these money grabbing a*sssholes
