Took money out of account on 2 occasions without permission, £320 in April 2023 then again in may 2024. Both times my bank refunded the money and eon can't explain why they took it in first place. Changed provider now and would not recommend eon to anybody. Customer service is shocking, prices don't make sense and they steal money and tell you to deal with it at bank.
